  • Refunds & Returns

    We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To initiate a return, you can contact us at Support@collawave.com. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

    Please send the package via courier service and provide us with the tracking number.

    In the event of a return process (if applicable), the Seller will reimburse the Consumer for all payments received from him, excluding the cost of delivery of the goods, without delay, and in any case no later than 10 working days from the day on which the Seller received the return package. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    Payments made by you, excluding the costs of delivery of the goods as stated in the terms and conditions, will be returned to you without delay, but no later than 10 working days from the day we receive your return package. The Seller will make the reimbursement using the same payment methods used by the Consumer for the initial transaction, unless the Consumer agrees to another solution. Under no circumstances will the Consumer have to bear any costs in connection with this reimbursement.

    Consumer Complaint - Defective Product

    In the event that the goods purchased from us prove to be defective, you have the right to file a complaint.

    Regarding the defect, you can ask:

    • Replacement of the item with an item free of defects,

    • The removal of the defect,

    • A price reduction.

    You may file a claim within one year of discovering the defect, but the time limit for filing a claim cannot end before the item's warranty period expires.

    Your complaint will be reviewed (response sent) within 30 days from the date of receipt of your complaint notification.

    To ensure prompt processing of your return, please confirm the return facility address with our customer service at Support@collawave.com. Then please send the package via courier service and provide us with the tracking number.
